WHAT WE DO

Endosign

EndoSign® is a non-endoscopic test to protect esophageal health by detecting and monitoring for signs of pre-cancer and other diseases.

It uses advanced capsule sponge technology that helps detect and monitor conditions such as chronic reflux and Barrett’s esophagus to prevent esophageal adenocarcinoma.

How it works

01
Cell collection
This takes less than 10 minutes and can be done in any primary or community care setting.
02
Biomarker analysis
Cells are sent to Cyted laboratory for biomarker analysis using proteomics or NGS methylation.
03
Report results
A report with an actionable result is sent back to the healthcare provider to share with patients.

Current Applications

EndoSign® is a 10-minute procedure that can be completed in any setting and prioritizes patient comfort and acceptance, making it the ideal, minimally invasive solution for diagnosis and surveillance of Barrett's Esophagus.
Squamous Cell Dysplasia
Squamous cell dysplasia is abnormal, precancerous changes in the squamous cells lining the esophagus. If unchecked, it can progress to a form of cancer called squamous cell carcinoma.
Eosinophilic Esophagitis
Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is a rare and chronic inflammatory condition of the esophagus, often triggered by allergic responses to certain foods or environmental factors.
